Saipal Round Trekking Package (Anti-Clockwise) – Exploring East, North, and South Base Camps

Overview: The Saipal Mountain range, located in the remote far-western region of Nepal, is defined by the Seti Karnali River to the east and the Humla Karnali River to the west. This rarely-explored region is home to more than a dozen snow-capped peaks, including Saipal (7,031 meters), along with four distinct base camps: Saipal East, Saipal North, Saipal Southwest, and Saipal South Base Camps. This trek provides an immersive journey through remote villages, glaciers, high passes, and the spectacular base camps of the Saipal Range, offering a unique adventure in Nepal's untouched wilderness.

Now  this treks is full camping treks  and   kharang tal to urai bc we need to follow the Bitten treks .really wild and virgen . we can meet on the way safert , yersa and other mountain herbal  collecter ,  Mountain seep can carry almost 15 kg we can hire also some.  we need two restricted premit  Saipal  Saipal north and  Urai areas .really  big loop  remote and Tharnkility   our tem  explored it in fore Phase .diffecult to get porter need to carry from other part of nepal Resque team need to beready and food we ned to carry Bicchya to  Dhauli village.  Just rekki trip finish still it will take time to coomesilize  it   during Moon soon we can organize it from humla simikot Saipal North base to khatrila pass c to yari also .there is other mountain also on thes western nepal big loop.


Full Itinerary (local traveller guidlines)

Day 1: Kathmandu to Nepalganj by flight : Fly from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi, the gateway to the remote far-western region of Nepal. Enjoy the scenic flight and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Nepalganj to Kolti by Bus Travel by bus from Dhangadhi to Martadi. Alternatively, you may opt for a flight from Dhangadhi to Kolti to save time.

Day 3: Kolti to Dhaulachaur by Jeep From Martadi, travel by jeep to Dhaulachaur. If arriving in Kolti, trek to Dhaulachaur. This scenic journey will introduce you to the rugged terrain and local villages.

Day 4: Dhaulachaur - Borta to Rugine Begin your trek from Dhaulachaur to Regune, crossing beautiful landscapes and small settlements.

Day 5: Rugine to Bichhaya Continue trekking from Regune to Bichhaya, where you will witness traditional villages and lush vegetation.

Day 6: Bichhaya to Phulai :Trek from Bichhaya to Phulai, enjoying the picturesque surroundings and increasing altitude.

Day 7: Phulai to Chyachour : Move from Phulai to Chyachour, experiencing the changing landscapes and gaining altitude.

Day 8: Chyachour to Dhaulakharka (Ranisen Area) : From Chyachour, trek to Dhaulakharka, a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding valleys.

Day 9: Dhaulakharaka (Ranisen Area) to Saipal East Base Camp (3,580m) and retrun back : Hike from Dhaulakharka to Saipal East Base Camp, explore the area, and return to Dhaulakharaka for the night.

Day 10: Dhaulakharka (Ranisen Area) – Reserve Day Reserve this day for acclimatization or to explore additional nearby areas. Relax and enjoy the serene environment.

Day 11: Dhaulakharka (Ranisen Area) to Sankha Lagna (4,710m) – Chala (3,750m) Trek from Dhaulakharka to Sankha Lagna, crossing the high pass, and then descend to Chala.

Day 12: Chala to Samjungkharka From Chala, continue your trek to Samjungkharka, a scenic spot surrounded by mountains.

Day 13: Samjungkharka to Saipal North Base Camp to Kharang Tal Trek from Samjungkharka to Saipal North Base Camp and then to Kharang Tal, a beautiful lake nestled in the mountains.

Day 14: Kharang Tal to Khatrila Pass (5,200m) to Syangtal Ascend from Kharang Tal to Khatrila Pass, offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, and descend to Syangtal.

Day 15: Syangtal to Years Camp Move from Syangtal to Years Camp, where you can enjoy stunning views and prepare for the next day’s trek.

Day 16: Years Camp to Urai La Base Camp (4,524m) Hike to Urai La Base Camp, known for its breathtaking vistas and preparation for crossing Urai La Pass.

Day 17: Urai La Base Camp to Daha Chaur Cross Urai La  west Pass and descend to Daha Chaur, a remote highland area offering a sense of solitude and stunning mountain scenery.

Day 18: Daha Chaur to Chour Pani Phat Trek to Chour Pani Phat, an open meadow surrounded by towering peaks, perfect for camping and relaxing.

Day 19: Chour Pani Phat to Lapri (Dhaulai) Continue your descent through picturesque forests and terraced fields to Lapri, a traditional village.

Day 20: Lapri to Kagarkot Travel from Lapri to Kagarkot, a village renowned for its beautiful views and local culture. Spend the night in a homestay.

Day 21: Kagarkot to Dotale Trek further down to Dotale, experiencing traditional village life and stunning landscapes along the way.

Day 22: Dotale to Saipal South Base Camp (Rai Dhung) Head to Saipal South Base Camp near Rai Dhung, where you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the southern face of Saipal Mountain.

Day 23: Saipal South Base Camp to Kharre After exploring the base camp, begin your descent to Kharre, taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Day 24: Kharre to Dhalan Sanapani Continue downhill to Dhalan Sanapani, a serene village where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment.

Day 25: Dhalan Sanapani to Talkot From Dhalan Sanapani, trek to Talkot, a village known for its rich culture and scenic beauty.

Day 26: Talkot to Chainpur On the final trekking day, journey from Talkot to Chainpur, the district headquarters of Bajhang, with great views of the countryside.

Day 27: Chainpur to Dhangadhi Drive from Chainpur to Dhangadhi. Catch a flight back to Kathmandu, marking the end of your memorable Saipal Round Trek.

Day 28: Dhangadhi to Kathmandu by Flight Fly back to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi, concluding your incredible adventure in the Saipal Range.
